How it works?
Start by filling out the contact form and selecting ROPE Nutrition from the dropdown menu. In your message, share your goals, any health conditions or dietary restrictions, how long you plan to follow the program, and any personal preferences. I’ll then get in touch to schedule your initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your personalised nutrition plan and set clear goals. After that, we’ll meet fortnightly to review your progress, make adjustments, and keep you on track.
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, as I take the time to carefully review each client’s information to provide the best guidance.
What then?
After your initial consultation, we’ll begin your personalised nutrition plan. I’ll also send a quick review form to gather your feedback and note any adjustments needed to optimise your program. You’ll have 24/7 access to me for any questions, guidance, or support.
Each month, we’ll have a progress review call to discuss your achievements, refine your plan, and ensure you stay on track toward your goals.
