“I am a 56-year-old woman living with multiple sclerosis and two disc hernias. Four years ago, my back pain was so severe that I needed to visit the physio every week, and on some mornings, my husband had to help me out of bed. At one point, I realised I needed to change my habits and do something for myself. With a full-time job and the demands of juggling kids and work, the only option I could see was to commit to one-on-one personal training sessions early in the morning.
I began training with Pau four years ago. At the time, my muscle strength and coordination were almost non-existent. Despite this, I saw a pathway to improvement, and I could observe progress week by week.
After the first couple of months of training, I was able to space out my physio visits. Within six months, I no longer needed to return to the physio. The improvement in my physical health motivated me to persist, even during the dark and cold winter mornings. I have not missed a session in the last four years, and I consider this one of the best decisions I have made for myself. He is a great motivator, and you will see the results slowly but steadily.
He has also helped me with my wight management. During menopause, I gained weight and my cholesterol levels became elevated. At the start of the year, advised by Pau, I decided to change my nutrition habits. Within six months, my test results showed improvement, and my body also reflected positive changes. I could not be happier”

FAQs
Does online coaching actually work?
1
Yes, for most people, it works better than in-person. You get daily WhatsApp access, video form checks, and a plan that's reviewed and adjusted regularly, not just an hour a week.
What conditions do you work with?
2
Common examples include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type 2 diabetes, menopause, cancer recovery, and age-related muscle loss, but that's not the full list. If yours isn't mentioned, ask.
Do I need clearance from my GP to start?
3
Not always, but often. It's how we make sure training is safe for your specific situation. If you haven't been cleared yet, message me and I'll point you toward what to ask your doctor first.
Will this replace my doctor or specialist?
4
No. I work alongside your medical team, not instead of them, this is exercise and nutrition coaching, not medical treatment.
Yes. You don't need a chronic illness diagnosis to benefit from condition-aware programming. General health concerns and GP clearance are enough to get started.
I don't have a formal diagnosis, just some health concerns — can I still work with you?
5
No. Every program is billed month-to-month, and you can cancel any time. No exit fees, no minimum term.
6
Is there a lock-in contract?
Can I talk to you before committing?
7
Yes, and I'd recommend it. Book a free call or message me on WhatsApp. We'll talk through your health history and goals before anything is billed.
