How it works?
Begin by filling out the contact form, selecting "FocusFit" from the dropdown menu. In your message, share your goals, any health conditions, how long you plan to follow the program, how many days a week you would like to meet and any personal preferences. This information helps me create a program tailored specifically to you. Or, if you prefer, just say hello, and we can discuss your goals and needs via email.
Please allow 24 hours for me to answer your email, as I take deep care on developing my clients programs and I might be busy. Once I know everything I need, you’re ready for your first FREE Training. This will allow you to experience the quality firsthand and ensure it meets your standards.
What then?
After your first workout, if you liked the training. We will arrange our next meeting and the payment method. I’ll send you a review form to gather feedback on your experience and note any adjustments needed for your next session. Plus, I’m available 24/7 to address any questions or concerns you may have.
After each month we’ll arrange a phone call meeting to track the progress you've made and if we need to adjust further things.
